As we hope for warmer weather in the month of March, exciting things are up ahead! March Break is just around the corner - a week for spring cleaning, fun with the kids, and also a great time to come in for a cleaning or check-up if we haven't seen you in too long!

March is a great time to start getting fit for the summer, so it is appropriate that March is National Nutrition Month and this year, the theme is 'Unlock the Potential of Food!'
